My name is Delvaun Robinson, founder of DVeganFitness.

I’m a natural bodybuilder, vegan for 8+ years, and an online fitness coach dedicated to proving that you
do not need animal products to build strength, muscle, and an elite physique.
Like many, I was told that real muscle required meat, dairy, and supplements stacked on supplements.
I followed that path until I questioned it. What I discovered through years of training, experimentation,
and discipline is simple:
Results come from consistency, intelligence, and execution, not animal products.
My approach to fitness is built on evidence-based training, strategic vegan nutrition, and sustainable
habits that fit real life.
I don’t promote extremes. I don’t sell shortcuts. And I don’t coach from theory, I coach from lived
experience.
DVeganFitness was created for individuals who want a strong, athletic physique, clarity around vegan
nutrition, structure instead of confusion, and discipline without obsession.

I believe veganism and bodybuilding are not opposites. Discipline beats motivation. Nutrition should support life, not control it. Strength is built through patience and precision. Through coaching, education, and content, my goal is to eliminate misinformation around vegan fitness, help clients build muscle efficiently and sustainably, create confidence through structure and accountability, and show that a plant-based lifestyle can support high performance.
